Crochet Stitch Pattern: Ruled Lattice Stitch Tutorial

A new fancy lace crochet stitch tutorial for an easy and beginner-friendly stitch: the Ruled Lattice Stitch! You can use it simply as it is or you can feed ribbons and cords through the eyelet sections, just as if they were drawstring channels to close bags and backpacks.

The Ruled Lattice Stitch is a crochet stitch that you can try to make at all crochet levels, but it's great to practise the basic crochet stitches. You can use the spaces between the stitches creating a zig-zag line to feed ribbons and cords through as drawstring channels to close your bags, backpacks or to tighten shorts and skirts on the waist.

For this swatch, we used our 4 mm (US G6) Beechwood Crochet Hook (choose the right hook size adjusting to your yarn and tension) and Pima Cotton yarn in Niagara, one of the 21 super bright colors available✨

Grab your hook and start crocheting!
